Administrator The administrator (admin) is responsible for setting up and maintaining the system - Locations, Services, Personnel, Users, Settings.
Anna Greenleaf Anna is the head practitioner of Greenleaf Naturopathy.
Her user level is Manager.  This allows her to create and edit other user accounts.
Anna has a linked Personnel record.  This means that she can take appointments (see patients).
Kate Broadmeadow Kate is the office administrator for Greenleaf Naturopathy.
Her user level is Manager.  This allows her to create and edit other user accounts.
Kate does not have a linked Personnel record.  This means that although she can book and modify appointments for others, she does not see patients herself.
Steve Redoak Steve is another practitioner at Greenleaf Naturopathy.
His user level is User.  He cannot create or edit other user accounts.
Steve also has a linked Personnel record.  This means that he can take appointments (see patients).

  • You can enter changes to records, but these will not be saved.
  • SMS messages can be created, but are not actually sent.
