he Central Coast of New South Wales is a rapidly expanding region just to the north of Sydney that serves as an easy holiday destination for Sydneysiders, is a popular retirement area and has become a lifestyle choice for those who are happy to commute daily to the big smoke for work, but don’t want the hustle and bustle of living in Sydney’s sprawling suburbs. Think the Australian dream. Relatively inexpensive homes on quarter acre blocks, sun sand and surf at your doorstep, and all the modern conveniences and services for young families and retirees. The region is surrounded by gorgeous waterways dotted with sails and forested mountains, with deep gullies filled with rainforest and unspoilt hill tops of wild sandstone vegetation (watch out for bushfires!). The names of the region’s towns are etched into the childhoods of many people…Terrigal, The Entrance, Woy Woy…the latter probably most famous for the adopted son that never lived there (but his parents did)…the late and great Spike Milligan who visited often and sent up mercilessly the town that now holds “Spike Fest” annually in his honour.

Kerry Brophy resides on the NSW Central Coast and joined the Out of Site Services team in 2009. She brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service from a background in retail as well as a lengthy period working in call centres where her bright and helpful qualities shone. Behind the scenes Kerry is also the proud mother of a large and extended family, and understands the importance of being well organised. Through a career in the welfare industry, which led to an advocacy role within the education department, she further honed her skills by providing excellence in communication for clients and customers alike. Kerry believes that true customer service is crucial to business but has seen that this is seldom achieved. She says “For these reasons I believe I am working with the right company, which aims to excel at providing customer service on every level. I am certainly looking forward to being a vital part of the growth that Out of Site Services will be making in leaps and bounds.”
