Kerry Brophy
Kerry Brophy resides on the NSW Central Coast and joined the Out of Site Services team in 2009. She brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service from a background in retail as well as a lengthy period working in call centres where her bright and helpful qualities shone. Behind the scenes Kerry is also the proud mother of a large and extended family, and understands the importance of being well organised. Through a career in the welfare industry, which led to an advocacy role within the education department, she further honed her skills by providing excellence in communication for clients and customers alike. Kerry believes that true customer service is crucial to business but has seen that this is seldom achieved. She says “For these reasons I believe I am working with the right company, which aims to excel at providing customer service on every level. I am certainly looking forward to being a vital part of the growth that Out of Site Services will be making in leaps and bounds.”
